All orders placed before 5 PM EST will be shipped the same day Monday through Friday. We don’t ship orders on U.S Holidays. All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label does not mention our name or the word “lingerie.” Shipping charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order, delivery time and the destination country.
US Shipping
We use FedEx ground or UPS Ground shipping or United States Postal Service (Priority/ First class) as the standard shipping flat rate. Only United States Postal Service is applicable for APO/DPO/FPO and PO Box addresses. Below table describes shipping fees for orders shipped via standard shipping within the United States. Delivery via standard delivery to addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states within 1 to 5 business days based on the destination (delivery to Alaska and Hawaii in 5 to 7 business days).

For Delivery in three Business Days (Order by 5 PM EST) add $1.99 to Standard shipping fees.
For delivery in two Business days (Order by 5 PM EST) add $7.99 to standard shipping fees.
For delivery in one business day (Order by 5 PM EST) add $ 14.99 to standard shipping fees.
For Saturday Delivery (Order by Friday 5 PM EST) add $20.99 to standard shipping fees.
US TERRITORIES
U.S. territories include American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands

Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for return or exchange. In some countries shipments may be subject to import charges and taxes that are the responsibility of the purchaser.
