Standards Returns and Exchange Policy
- If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original packaging within 30 days, and we will gladly exchange it or refund you for the price of the merchandise.
- We require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us by email, is made regarding the damaged / missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.
- All Sale or Clearance merchandise is final sale. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. This applies to anything found in the Clearance section of our site.
- Lovving cannot accept returns on panties, thongs, g-strings, hosiery, body stockings, pasties, wigs, and any similar intimate items due to health regulations.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags still attached and be in the condition that they were received in order for your return to be processed. Items that have been washed, worn, altered, smell of perfumes, lotions, have body glitter, smell of smoke or have animal/human hair will be refused.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
- Items received after the 30-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- We do not allow more than one return/exchange per order.
- Lovving reserves the right to refuse any return.
- Lovving reserves the right to issue store credit for items on any return.
- For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return by insured US Mail or UPS. Lovving.com is not liable for lost or damaged returns. All return shipping charges are at the cost of the customer.
- Customer Return / Refused Packages: If any order is returned to us as Undeliverable or Refused, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee for the return. If your order is returned to Lovving as Undeliverable or Refused and you still wish to receive it, you are responsible for the additional shipping costs to reship it again.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will gladly either exchange it or issue a refund depending on what you have selected on your return form. Please allow 2 weeks processing time. Keep in mind that some credit card companies may take an additional 2-10 business days to post the credit to your account, and also that shipping and handling are non refundable.
Holiday Return and Exchange Policies:
Halloween Return Policy
- Costumes purchased September 1 – October 15 can be returned for Store Credit Only – No Refund or Exchanges.
- All costume purchases during October 15 – November 5, are a Final Sale – no exchange, no refund, nor store credit.
- Halloween costumes purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale only, and returns will not be accepted in this case. During the Halloween season, please contact us as soon as possible if you need a costume exchange.
Christmas Return Policy and Exchange Policy
Christmas Return / Exchange Policy from November 11 to December 15 – You may return all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached by January 15 – with a copy of your invoice – for a full merchandise refund or exchange.
Applicable Fees for Return and Exchanges
– Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for shipping fees on returns.
– International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.
Return/Exchange Instructions
- Fill out the packing slip that you received with your shipment and complete the appropriate table depending on whether you want to return or exchange your item.
- Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. Please make sure all tags and packaging are undamaged.
- If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. We are not responsible for damage to product in transit back to us.
- To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or Certified mail where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to track the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary.
